About Me
Hi! I’m Veda Green-Johnson and I LOVE math, mindset mentoring, and middle schoolers! I know what you’re thinking! What a combination! Call me crazy (most people do), but that combination is the best! This trio forms the cornerstone of Confident Calculators.
As a classroom teacher for over 20 years, I saw the need to do more than teach math to my students, but due to the rigor of curriculum, non-stop testing, and the impact of COVID on education, I couldn’t always help them in the ways they needed most.
So in 2021, I created Confident Calculators. Now, I wake up everyday excited about the opportunity to educate, empower, and equip middle schoolers with the skills to ace math, build self-confidence, and manage their mindset. I love what I do!
